Veterans Day Weekend.

Good morning, it is Sunday.

It's a Veterans Day weekend in this country.  And for many of the schools, it started on Thursday or Friday.  Tomorrow is actually Veterans Day, and we get the day off of school to celebrate!  Where do you think we will start the day?  I'll give you a hint:  50% off.  Friday was Lillie's Veterans Day assembly, and this year she got to be pretty involved.  These pictures are thanks to Carol as she, John and Maren went to Lillie's school for the assembly.
The Girl Scouts who wanted to participate got to carry one of the flags.
This is during the performance by the Drama Club.  Lillie is top right in this picture.
A picture of John's slide from the slide show.  I like the little Morse Code machine.  Of course, if kids today don't know what Morse Code is, all they have to do is go to Youtube, listen to the crazy song of the day called, "What Does The Fox Say?"...wonder how the fox can speak to the horse.  Then google it.  Mor Mor Mor Mor Morse.

See you tomorrow.
