Where's the fence?

Good morning, it is Sunday.

This weekend the weather is amazing around the pacific north west.  Today will be sunny and maybe close to 60 degrees!  Some of you may be thinking "60 degrees, burr!", but around here in the first part of February, this is downright t-shirt and shorts weather.

With such good weather, hanging out outside is the thing to do...and there is plenty to do!  It got very windy the other day around here and I didn't think anything of it until it was noticed by Maren that part of  our fence was just gone!
Lillie is showing off her look of amazement at the missing fence part.  It was 10 feet down toward the road along with some of the rocks from the rockery.  The fence is now in the right place, but not too tightly in tact.  I really need to totally redo that section rather than just prop it back into place.  Maybe later:)
With the fence gone, I took advantage of easy passage to behind our house, borrowed John's chainsaw, and cut down the trees that broke off into our yard.  Hansen helped me fall the trees the right direction to keep the fence and yard safe, we did an amazingly good job.  Only one snag where this tree tried to win the battle of the chainsaw...it did come close.
Hansen and I did actually get in a bike ride toward the end of the day.  He is totally loving his new bike.

Today is the Super Bowl!  Of course I will miss the first part due to Preston's soccer game, but we should be back for the halftime show and some yummy treats!  Go Seahawks!  What, the Seahawks are not in the Super Bowl?  OK, Go Patriots!

See you tomorrow.

Wow, glad you didn't have any pets that might have gotten out before you noticed the fence was down. It's always something!
