Trick or Treat?

Good morning, it is Monday.

Yesterday was a very full day. Started with church. Maren taught the children's sermon and did a wonderful job. After church was the church Trunk or Treat event for the kids. Lots of very cool, old cars...and my van, and grandpa's new truck. Kids got plenty of candy! Next was a trip to the local Sr. Center with the middle school kids. I went along and got to visit my old friend and boss, Steve. He was hanging out watching football. It was nice to catch up for a few minutes. Preston and his group of boys mostly hung out with a couple of nice old ladies. Then (as if that wasn't enough for one day) Preston was off to an indoor soccer game. I stayed home with the littles and Maren. Preston got home in time to some last minute trick-or-treating with his friends too. Maren's job was to stay home and give out candy! I walked the neighborhood with Hansen and Lillie. Now for a few pics:

Hansen as a zombie Justin Beiber and Lillie as her fancy witch.
Preston and friends on their way out. Hand made pumpkins...perfect.
There were some very good...er...spooky houses in the neighborhood. This pirate ship is always a favorite.

After dropping off Lillie, Hansen and I stumbled upon this spooky group. Taking a candy break huh?

We now have three full bags of Candy and plenty of left over...woo hoo! Ugh.

See you tomorrow.
