A Fair Day.

Good morning, it is Monday.

Yesterday was a fair day! Started off with Rally Sunday, a church carnival to kick off Sunday School:

For some reason they thought Preston would be the perfect kid to run the cotton candy machine.

We stayed about 15 minutes too long at the carnival. When the teenagers are painting their faces you know the party is going strong. Lillie even won a pink bible in a drawing!
After the church carnival, we headed to the Puyallup Fair! Preston went the day before with his friends, so it was just Maren, Hansen, Lillie, and me:

Now this is how face painting is meant to be.

Checking out the cats.

Eating some ice-cream!

Tossing some dimes! We didn't win anything here, but Preston did come home with some new bowls from his trip.

Had I won anything, I would have chose one of these "money monkeys"!

We had a great day at the carnival and at the fair. Now it is back to Monday.

See you tomorrow.
